App Use
Our app is for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use our app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that our app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not make any express or implied warranties about the use or the results of our app in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our app.
Changes to these Terms
We can modify these terms at any time. If we do, your continued use of our app means that you accept the changes.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our app and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Subscription
CHAT-VIP is a plan that provides a series of value-added services for individual users of this product. It aims to offer privileges to users, including removing chat limits, fast question and answer responses, and ad-free experiences.
You can subscribe to CHAT-VIP through in-app purchases, currently supporting three subscription options:
1st option: CHAT-VIP weekly subscription at 7.99 USD, which will automatically renew weekly.
2nd option: CHAT-VIP monthly subscription at 29.99 USD, which will automatically renew monthly.
3rd option: CHAT-VIP yearly subscription at 139.99 USD, which will automatically renew yearly.
Notes for purchase:
Subscribed users have unlimited use and access to all premium features without ads. The subscription will be auto-renewed unless it is turned off within 24 hours before the end of the period. Your account will be charged according to your plan for renewal within 24 hours to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, when applicable. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at the subscription page of AppStore after purchase. Note that uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
Waiver and Severability
If we do not enforce any right or provision of these Terms, that does not mean we are giving up that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be in effect.
